This insurance program was designed with the assistance of the Arkansas Home Builders Association to provide a comprehensive insurance program that covers you from start to finish.

The Builders Risk coverage is the most competitive in Arkansas and can be reported monthly.  The General Liability coverage includes products and completed operations.  The program also can provide coverage for your office, tools and equipment, computers and Umbrella Liability.

Application Information Needed to Get a General Liability Quote

• General Liability Information Application (    see customer service forms )
• Speculative Building Supplemental Information Form
• AHBA membership confirmation
• Current General Liability policies or declaration page including classifications
• Current General Liability loss history including 3 to 5 years
• Current General Liability Audit (if available)

A current financial statement including a Balance Sheet & Income Statement dated within 90 days of the requested effective date of coverage.  The Income Statement must be for a period of one year ending as of the date of the Balance Sheet.
